Service Agreement

Responsibilities of Miller Enterprises:

1. Check and advise for virus protection, firewall, and spyware protection      programs.
2. Check for non working, improper, or out of date drivers
3. Check for non working hardware that is related to software issues
4. Advice on software and hardware purchases.
5. Offer video and remote access training as needed.
6. Offer conference calls as needed.  (To be developed into at least once a month.)
7. Offer advice on hardware repair.  (We do not have the capability to do hardware repair)
8. Perform preventive maintenance as needed.
9. Any items not listed here may be subject to additional charges.  Estimates will be given.


Responsibilities of Client:

1. Call and ask for advice prior to the purchase of all hardware and all software.
2. Follow the advice of Miller Enterprises concerning the running of maintenance software.
3. Please call Miller Enterprises as soon as you think you have a problem so we can help protect your investment.
4. Maintain your backup program as outlined by Miller Enterprises.
5. Responsible for all charges related to hardware repair and any additional charges from Miller Enterprises.
