Services

We offer 24/7 computer support for many different issues. We will work with you to repair your computer using all the resources that are available to us. We can connect to your computer through remote access or walk you through the repairs over on the phone. We use our computers every day so we understand the need to get you up and running.  Through personal experience we have found that it is both cost and time effective to do preventive maintenance.  Therefore when you sign up for our service we will spend some time with you and your computer, doing that preventive maintenance and sharing some of our knowledge to try and help prevent future problems.     

Services that we offer to our members include

1. File maintenance

2. Virus and Firewall program review to check proper safety settings.

3. Consultation  on hardware and software purchases

4. Updating drivers

5. Training through Video, Remote Access, and Conference Calls when needed.

Along with this service we will also offer up to a 75% discount on other services, such as software installation and tech support on a limited number of software packages.

For the member the first 4 hours of service are covered per month.  You will receive all of the services that are talked about above and others that are in the service agreement.  The membership shall cover up to 2 computers for 1 year of service.  You may continue your service agreement with no additional setup fees if you decide to do so.

For the non member we will offer our entire line of services on a pay as you go basis at an hourly rate of $25 with a minimum service fee of  $75 which covers the first 3 hours of service.

Each account has a $25 setup fee
